1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and engagement with Melqart Consulting W.L.L (CR 84701-1). By submitting an inquiry or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Melqart provides:

  • Business setup and licensing services

  • Commercial registration and regulatory submissions

  • Banking, immigration and administrative guidance

  • Advisory and consultancy for Bahrain market entry

Final deliverables are subject to separate service agreements or proposals.

3. No Legal or Tax Advisory unless agreed

General communications and website content are not legal or tax advice.
Formal legal guidance is only provided through signed engagement with licensed professionals.

4. Accuracy of Information You Provide

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring submitted information is accurate and lawful

  • Providing necessary identification documents

  • Complying with Bahraini regulatory requirements

We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

5. AML/KYC Compliance

We comply with Bahrain’s AML regulations.
You agree to provide identity and corporate documents if required.

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • Documentation is incomplete or invalid

  • There is suspected fraud or money laundering

6. Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by Bahraini law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including revenue or data loss

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the directly-related service

  • We are not liable for actions or decisions of government authorities, banks, or third-party providers

  • You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms

Nothing excludes liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, branding, materials — belongs to Melqart.
You may not copy or redistribute without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Some services rely on:

  • Government platforms

  • PROs and service suppliers

We manage these relationships but do not guarantee third-party timelines or performance.

9. Website Use Rules

You agree not to:

  • Harm or attempt to breach website security

  • Use website content for resale without consent

  • Upload malicious or unlawful content

We may suspend access for misuse.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1️⃣ Good-faith negotiation
2️⃣ If unresolved → Courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have exclusive jurisdiction

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

12. Governing Language

These Terms may be issued in English and Arabic.
Both versions shall have equal legal authority.
